HR for Non-HR Managers

Unlike Finance, Quality, Sales, and other Engineering functions, the Human Resources function is the sole custodian of the overall Human Resources Strategy and Interventions.

Program Overview

Unlike Finance, Quality, Sales, and other Engineering functions, the Human Resources function is the sole custodian of the overall Human Resources Strategy and Interventions. However, many leaders do not fully understand the true value and role of effective Human Resources, which could elevate business performance and excellence. HR is the core change agent and should be transformed into a true business partner within an organization. This program is designed for non-HR leaders to leverage the full capacity of their HR Business Partners.
