Shahrukh Moghal has been training teams since 1997, working with organisations such as Maybank, HSBC, CIMB, Honda, IKEA, Maxis and Tenaga Nasional. He is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and the creator of the PLEASE!™ and LEAP!™ programs, covering customer service, sales and leadership.
