Program Overview

This is a high impact, high intensity workshop which is designed for leaders that will hit the ground running as soon as possible. This workshop is an intensive, comprehensive and hands-on workshop that provides essential skills and techniques to develop dynamic all-round facilitators. This Program is designed to benefit employees that are being asked to facilitate at the workplace. Participants learn about the learning needs of adults, planning and developing different types of training, delivering and assessing the success of the facilitation.
