This website, contactskills.com, is operated by Blue Horizon Resources (Registration No. 003615938-X), trading as Contact Skills (“we”, “us” or “our”), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Using this website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not affect anyone else’s use of it.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.
• We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but program details, prices and availability may change without notice.

Corporate training programs

Information about our corporate and in-house training programs is provided for general guidance. Every program is confirmed through a written proposal or quotation. The details, fees, schedule, cancellation and postponement terms for a corporate program are set out in that proposal, quotation or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that program.

Online courses

Your account

• To access an online course, you need to create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Your account and course access are for your personal use only and may not be shared with, transferred to or resold to anyone else.

Course access

• After your payment is confirmed, you will have access to the course for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless the course page states otherwise.
• We may update course content from time to time to keep it current. We may also withdraw a course, in which case we will give reasonable notice and either extend your access or offer a comparable course, as described in our Refund Policy.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete all topics and tests in a course. Certificates confirm completion of the online course only, and do not represent a professional qualification or accreditation.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We are not currently registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST), so no SST is charged. If this changes, we will update our prices and show any tax clearly at checkout.
• Payment is made online through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
• Your course access starts once payment has been successfully received.

Refunds

Online course purchases are final once you are enrolled, and no refunds are given after enrolment, except in the limited cases set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the course details before you buy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses, including text, videos, slides, tests, graphics and logos, belongs to Contact Skills or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. PLEASE!™ and LEAP!™ are proprietary training methods and brand names of Contact Skills. You may not copy, record, download, share, sell or reuse any course or website content without our written permission, except for your own personal learning.

Disclaimer

Our programs and courses are designed to develop skills and knowledge. Results depend on how participants apply what they learn, so we do not guarantee any particular business or personal outcome. The website and courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our courses. Our total liability to you in connection with an online course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

Third-party links and services

This website may link to or use third-party services, such as YouTube and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
