Methodology

Various techniques such as Accelerated Learning (AL) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are employed to excite learning, polish skills and retain knowledge. It includes:-

briefing and debriefing to create the awareness on and appreciation of the salient points;
exercises (brainstorming, role plays, planning, etc.);
experiential learning activities (games, presentations, demonstration, etc.) to ensure pragmatic application.
