Program Overview

Sadly, this can be a vicious circle: people who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. Confident people inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success. This program 2 day workshop is about empowering you, inspire you and offer you Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques that help you learn to reframe negative thoughts and beliefs into positive ones, you will look at expanding your comfort zone and cresting situations for yourself that help you move forward with self belief and focus , clear and focused communication.

Methodology

In this Experiential program, we adopt a coaching and facilitative approach through interactive workshops, self-assessments, group activities and simulations, It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcome and so the activities are designed to illustrate key issues that the participants is facing.

Our trainers are PSMB Certified. They possess vast relevant experience in their own specific fields as practitioners and trainers. Each comes with an impressive list of clients whom they have personally rendered their training services to. Trainer profiles are attached with each training proposal sent to clients.

FORMAT :- This workshop is designed in 2 phases

Phase 1: Pre-workshop Questionnaire The programme begins with a questionnaire that will have the participants look at their current view of the world, to be completed 2 weeks before the workshop.

Phase 2: Training day Action learning elements are designed to promote awareness in Boosting Self-confident which focusing on :-Mindset, Attitude, Belief & Choice OPTIONAL *

Phase 3: Follow-up Session (When: 1 month after the workshop at client’s own venue.) A day session is designed as follow up on participants’ progress in applying what they learnt during the workshop, in their work and other areas of their life. This is an opportunity to provide coaching to them.

CUSTOMISATION Each workshop is uniquely designed & created with the specified goals and objectives in mind. The ambition is to facilitate the integration of personal skills & natural talents that can contribute to self-confident.
