Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a widely recognized methodology for achieving product and service quality excellence. It focuses on proactively controlling the manufacturing process to minimize variations caused by special circumstances. A core principle is ensuring shopfloor teams understand SPC fundamentals to create process stability and predictability.
No prior knowledge of statistics is required for this course. However, all participants must have Excel installed for practical exercises. Participants should bring a laptop with applicable variable and attribute data.

This course is ideal for shopfloor workforce members, including Technicians, Supervisors, Line Leaders, QC/QA personnel, and Operational Trainers. It is also beneficial for Junior Engineers/Executives and New Hires, introducing basic SPC concepts before advancing to intermediate SPC knowledge.
