A 2-day Personalized Experiential Learning Program that allows participants to identify, utilize, and understand their responsibility towards statutory regulations and requirements in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and the causes of accidents in the industry. The Program ensures that participants understand the overview of OSH and learn how accidents occur at the jobsite due to improper toxic and hazardous material management. The program will assist participants in identifying the root causes of incidents and accidents that occur at job sites. Exposure to toxic and hazardous materials can be fatal if not managed properly. This program is relevant for creating awareness among participants and for building organizations with proactive employees, precise teamwork, and an effective and cohesive work environment. The Program creates awareness about the need to handle toxic and hazardous materials effectively and ensure safe methods at the workplace, with compliance to safety and health requirements.
