The two-day Innovative & Creative Thinking training course is designed to teach you our unique creativity and innovation process. You will discover your personal creative thinking style, learn how to put together a dynamic and peak-performing creative team, generate creative ideas using a toolkit of practical creative thinking techniques, evaluate and select ideas, ‘sell’ those ideas internally and/or externally in order to gain the buy-in and commitment of others, and transform ideas into practical initiatives.
