This is a unique reality-program that aims to develop and transform creative skills and talents into actual tangible results for both the business and employees.

This is a program developed based on more than 28 years of creativity and innovation explorations, witnessing first-hand proven strategies used by different countries and organizations at different age levels. CIA features more than 10 proprietary models and know-hows, beginning with mental conditioning and leading towards a customized Innovation Blueprint at the end of the program.

Methodology

Various techniques such as Accelerated Learning (AL) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are employed to excite learning, polish skills, and retain knowledge. It includes:

  • Briefing and debriefing to create awareness and appreciation of the salient points.
  • Exercises (brainstorming, role plays, planning, etc.).
  • Experiential learning activities (games, presentations, demonstration, etc.) to ensure pragmatic application.
