Program Description
The Winner’s Mindset is designed as a development tool for anyone who is prepared to face the challenges of the 21st century. The program clearly illustrates proven methods of tapping into our real potential. The use of latest research derived from renowned speakers, authors, and psychologist will help participants gain self-control, motivate themselves and others, build confidence and acquire a sense of internal clarity. MethodologyThe program involves interactive lectures coupled with a series of thought stimulating activities, group discussions and video presentations. Participants will be required to complete a goal setting assignment within one month after the program. They will first learn how to set goals and then create a practical short-term business goal. Upon completion of the goal statement, they must then list actions that they will practice for a one-month period. Each action must be measurable or involve observable and tangible proof matter. They must compile or accumulate the proof matter and present them during the one-month follow-up session. All participants will then share their experience during the one month period.
